Office Hours

The parish office, located on the third floor of Wilmer Hall, is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that the staff may not be immediately available during Morning Prayer from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. and during lunch hour (12:00 to 1:00 p.m.).


Resources

Leaving a Message

If the office staff is not available to answer your call, please leave a message on the voice mail system. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible.


Calendar

The office keeps a calendar of parish events. Please let Anke Hobbs know about your event (i.e., group name, event date, time, room requested, whether the event is one time or recurring, and the name and phone number of a point of contact). Supplies/printing

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to order supplies and/or arrange for outside printing. The office staff will do its best to help you and appreciate as much advance notice as possible.


Directory

The parish office publishes a directory of member names, addresses, and phone numbers in September.  Please notify Anke Hobbs at 703-549-3312 x11 or  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   of any changes. Notification of changes helps us keep the church's database current. The directory is also available via the link on our Home page. Please contact the office to learn the userid and password.


Financial Information

Any group with a budget line can request a financial status report. Church Lists

The parish office maintains the church's database and information about church programs, activities, and ministries. If you are the leader of a church program, ministry, committee, or group, please help the parish office keep this information current by notifying Anke Hobbs at 703-549-3312 x11 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Mailing Labels

The office staff will do its best to provide mailing labels for a parish-related mailing. Please help the office staff by making sure your list of participants for the ministry or group is up-to-date. Mailings

The office staff can stamp and mail your official parish mailings via the U.S. Postal Service. If the mailing exceeds 50 envelopes, the office may not be able to get it in the mail right way but will be glad to work with you to accomplish the task.


Magazine Articles

All parishioners are encouraged to submit articles for the thrice-yearly parish magazine, The Epistle. Items may be edited for content and length.


The St. Paul's E-mail List

St. Paul's e-mail list is a private e-list for St. Paul's parishioners. Members of the list receive the Friday weekly ePistle, which gives information about events and services planned for the upcoming Sunday, next week, and other events on the St. Paul's schedule. The Web Site

An electronic version of the St. Paul's magazine, The Epistle, is posted on our Web site. Announcements made on Sunday and printed in the bulletin are posted on the Web site. Announcements posted to the Web site are included in our weekly ePistle. The ePistle is sent to parishioners who join our parish e-mail list. Check the Web site often to learn what's going on at St. Paul's.


Weekly Bulletin Notices

Use of our Facilities

Facility Improvements

Office Closings

The office is closed on all federal holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, the day after Christmas, and on Easter Monday. The office closes at noon on Good Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
