St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool welcomes applications at any time during the year. Parents can apply online or receive an application form by contacting the Preschool office at [email protected]. A non-refundable fee of $75 is due when your application is submitted. Following our priority admissions season, which ends March 1 st, we accept applications all year round. We appreciate your interest and will acknowledge your application.

Once your application is received, your child will receive priority by date of application for the next year’s appropriate classroom. It is the policy of St. Paul’s Preschool to give first preference for enrollment to current students, siblings of children currently enrolled in the program, and to parishioners of St. Paul’s Church. Within each age group, date of application is key.
Should the class be filled, your child will be put on a wait-list and may be enrolled if any spaces become available. Your child’s application will only be kept on file until October of the next school year.
Enrollment contracts for new applicants will be mailed in early March and must be returned with a non-refundable deposit (1/10 of tuition).
St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool admits students of any race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and further, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs, or otherwise discriminate in violation of federal, state or local law.
Tuition and Fees
Each student who attends St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool has an annual contract which establishes the financial relationship between the parents and the school. A non-refundable enrollment deposit of the 1st month’s tuition, is due at the time of acceptance of a space in the program.
The remaining tuition is paid in installments (June & Aug- Jan) thru FACTS Tuition Management program. All parents will enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management plan when they submit their June tuition installment. FACTS will be used for all tuition payments (Feb, June, Aug-Jan) and other fees that might occur during the school year.
10% --February with Enrollment Contract (non-refundable); March for new families
30% -- June (binding contract and non-refundable)
10% -- August, September, October, November, December, January
Payments on 1st and 15th of each month beginning in August and paid in full by January 2023.
Activity Fee is assessed in the August FACTS payment
The SPEP Board is committed to offering parents who wish their child to receive a preschool education that opportunity, regardless of their ability to pay. With that in mind, there is financial aid available for students. St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool (SPEP) will require families applying for financial aid in the upcoming school year to use the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment portal. You can read more in the link below. This application will be required for each year the family request tuition financial aid. FACTS will collect information for each family and provide a needs assessment of each applicant to the school. The Head of School and Rector will review the recommendations and award specific grant amounts to each applicant based on the pool of available financial aid dollars in a given year.
