St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool accepts applications completed online, you can use the link below to access. A non-refundable fee of $80 is due when your application is submitted. Applications open October 1st. We accept applications all year round, as space is available. We appreciate your interest and will acknowledge your application.

Once your application is received, your child will receive priority by date of application for the next year’s appropriate class. It is the policy of St. Paul’s Preschool to give first preference for enrollment to current students, siblings of children currently enrolled in the program, and to children of parishioners in good standing of St. Paul’s Church.* Within each of these enrollment groups and classes, date of application is key. Should the class be filled, your child will be put on a wait-list and may be enrolled if spaces become available.
Enrollment contracts for new applicants will be emailed in early March and must be returned with a non-refundable deposit (1/10 of tuition) and enrollment fee.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool admits students of any race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and further, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs, or otherwise discriminate in violation of federal, state or local law.
*A St. Paul's "parishioner in good standing" is an active, pledging member of St. Paul's Church for at least one year before school entrance.
Tuition and Fees
Each student who attends St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool has an annual contract which establishes the financial relationship between the parents and the school. A non-refundable enrollment deposit of the 1st month’s tuition, is due at the time of acceptance of a space in the program. All parents must enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management plan when they submit their enrollment contract, deposit, and enrollment fee.
The remaining tuition is paid in installments (June & Aug- Jan) through FACTS. FACTS will be used for all tuition payments and other incidental fees that might occur during the school year.
10% --February/March with Enrollment Contract (non-refundable)
30% -- June (financially binding contract and non-refundable)
10% -- August, September, October, November, December, January (Annual tuition payments completed in January)
Activity Fee is assessed in the August FACTS payment
The SPEP Board is committed to offering parents who wish their child to receive a preschool education that opportunity, regardless of their ability to pay. With that in mind, there is financial aid available for students. St. Paul’s Episcopal Preschool (SPEP) will require families applying for financial aid in the upcoming school year to use the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment portal. You can read more in the link below. This application will be required for each year the family request tuition financial aid. FACTS will collect information for each family and provide a needs assessment of each applicant to the school. The Head of School and Rector will review the recommendations and award specific grant amounts to each applicant based on the pool of available financial aid dollars in a given year.
